Beelbangera P & C Association
School Canteen The canteen caters for all children and staff, and operates Friday 8.30am until 1.45pm. Volunteers are required, and you are requested to complete the Canteen Volunteer Note if you can give any time at all each month – many hands make light work. Whether you can come once a month or once a week, your assistance will be appreciated.
Lunches are to be ordered before 9.20am, and children must do so by having the order, name and class written onto the bag, with the money inside.
Students will collect lunches at 12.55pm.
The Canteen Committee includes the following fabulous parents: Paula Truscott, Kim Myott, Tracy Ellevsen and Katie Billing.
Parents & Citizens Association At Beelbangera Public School we have a group of dedicated parents who are actively involved in our school in many areas. The P&C meetings are open to all members of the school community. It has the role of informing parents about current issues in education. It also has the role of supporting the teachers in providing the best education for each child. To do this we rely on your support in the fundraising throughout the school. Parents are urged to attend meetings as frequently as possible.
The P&C run the school canteen and sell uniforms. The workers are all volunteers and we appreciate all their help.
At our AGM meeting in March 2009 we appointed the following committee. They are as follows:
Any parents, friends or interested community members are more than welcome to join. Our meetings are held in the school library every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 730pm.
