Absence Procedures

If your child is absent, you need to write a note or email the school within seven days.  If a note is not sent in, an unexplained absence is recorded in the Class Roll and OASIS, the school’s administration computer program.

• It must explain why your child missed school include how many days your child was away.

• Remember to include the date or dates

• Place this in your child’s school bag

• Remind your child to give the note to their class teacher

If your child is going to be away for more than three days please call the school to let their class teacher know.  You will need to write a note or send an email to the school.
